Llyn Brenig Phased Re-Opening

Please note that due to Welsh Goverment rules, all customer to Llyn Brenig are required to wear a face mask before entering the premises.

The Llyn Brenig cafe now offers limited seating as well as a takeaway service. You can find the menu in Welsh here and English here. The adventure playground, gift shop, fishing shop and osprey exhibition are also open.

Bikes and fishing boats are now also available for hire. The osprey hide is available to book on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The North Wales Wildlife Trust are also resuming limited services for viewing the Ospreys from Sailing Club Bay.

Bank fishing and parking permits continue to be available online for payments. There is also a screened till facility in the Visitor Centre for making purchases on site, however we ask that you make contactless payments wherever possible.

The site will be open 8am - 4pm, 7 days a week. The Fishing Shop will be open 8am to 3.30pm and the Cafe 8am to 3:30pm.

The safety of staff and visitors is always our top priority so please follow all guidance including the one-way system around the visitor centre, contactless payments, hand sanitiser stations and keep 2m away from other visitors (that’s approximately the wingspan of 2 big Ospreys!).

If you have not booked ahead, please note you may need change for parking machine (£2.50). The hot drinks vending machine will also be available but only takes coins at the moment (£2.00 each). The permit machine for fishing will be available as usual at the fisherman’s lodge (coin operated).
