Llyn Brenig Phased Re-Opening
You can book and pay for hire bikes and fishing boats from the 13th July. The osprey hide, with the help of the RSPB, is available to book from the 16th July onwards. The North Wales Wildlife Trust are also resuming limited services for viewing the Ospreys from Sailing Club Bay.
Bank fishing and parking permits continue to be available online for payments. There is also a screened till facility in the Visitor Centre for making purchases on site, however we ask that you make contactless payments wherever possible.
The site will be open 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week.
The safety of staff and visitors is always our top priority so please follow all guidance including the one-way system around the visitor centre, contactless payments, hand sanitiser stations and keep 2m away from other visitors (that’s approximately the wingspan of 2 big Ospreys!).
If you have not booked ahead, please note you may need change for parking machine (£2.50). The hot drinks vending machine will also be available but only takes coins at the moment (£2.00 each). The permit machine for fishing will be available as usual at the fisherman’s lodge (coin operated).
Please be aware there is only 1 toilet open, to ensure we can control social distancing and maintain a thorough cleaning schedule.
Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.
